Since coming to the USA in 2014, I’ve worked full-time in halal food carts and gained the experience needed to make great, tasty food. In 2020, I started my own cart—now i am opening my 3rd food cart serving one of Philadelphia’s most famous Nashville Noor'shot chicken.
